I have dealt with Gary Clift at Western Financial Group since 2019 and have had nothing but great customer service. He is always responsive with any questions I have and each year ensures that he is providing me with the best rate and coverage he can with the insurers that Western Financial has a relationship with. Sadly, I have had to move to another insurer this year for a better rate, but I would not hesitate to return and work with Gary again if the opportunity arose. I would recommend Gary for your insurance needs.

Jackie Dansereau was recommended to me over a year ago by a friend. She has been kind enough to quote my policies for two renewals now, and I must say, Jackie is a gem of the insurance industry! Although she was able to provide competitive quotes for pricing, she reviewed the details of my present policy and recommended keeping the coverage that I presently have. Jackie has been professional, quick to respond, and I firmly believe she has the best interests of her clients at heart. She is very knowledgeable of policy coverages and explains things in an easy to understand fashion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100%, would do business with her.

Had a lady named Linda call to our business requesting personal information about a mutual client we are obligated to protect. Advised that personal information cannot be released to third parties by law. When information was refused to be released she became confrontational and frustrated. Then she said "You guys are very rude" and hung up the phone. Not very professional service from someone who should be a professional in the industry. In 15 years in the business I have never had an insurance agent call and ask this information or behave in this manner. Please take note if dealing with this company.
