I can't speak highly enough of Kee-Ana. The entire experience, from the moment I called in to get help with my claim, was fantastic. She was friendly and efficient, and was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. The first time I had conversation with Kee-Ana forced me to trust her and she really kept her promise. She got my back till the claim was resolved. Thank you BrokerLink for having such an amazing team of people with great customer service skills.

We have used this office exclusively for the last 26 years, even after moving away from Brooks. The service we received from the girls there has, over the years been exemplary. Our contact Vicky is always so very helpful and friendly. I have tested them over the years with vehicle coverage for my family and they always come through. I can't thank them enough. My only concern is the new Brokerlink answering service. That sucks. Not a showstopper though.

Since they’ve taken over TSG you are left on hold for over 35 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable personal service
