Wish I could give a zero star, last year I had a car crashed due to my vision was being blocked by a food truck, the lady Winnie Hui yelled at me in the phone said no matter what if rear end collision is my fault! I understand you do have a policy to follow, but doesn't mean you have the audacity to yell at me! I paid my premium to get protected, I was confused and seeking help that's why I was calling to seek assistant. Bad service, expensive rate!

Ricky is a helpful person that i ever meet in Calgary. He has strong product knowledge and high responsible during the transaction. I would say i will recommend Ricky to all my friends.

This one star not for Allstate as company it’s for one of the employees, this guy he’s name Calvin I believe he’s taking commission from other insurance companies. He didn’t help me and he try to put in the corner to stay with wawanessa, even I am decent customer I have 5 cars and 2 houses, but it looks like scam everywhere, now he kept me whit no insurance on the houses after he told I can cancel the policy with wawanessa. ALLSTATE. Watch your employees
