We switched to Allstate over a year ago and have had a great experience! Hubert and Fatima have helped us several times to get the best rates for our home and auto insurance, including for our extended family members. I couldn't recommend them enough. We’ve paid tens of thousands of dollars to Allstate Insurance for our home and vehicles, with no claims. We are told we are “valued customers” by the answering recording. However, Allstate does not seem to care about any of this and their CUSTOMERS time. I called Allstate four times today and out of frustration sent an email to modify my vehicle policy. The first call I was left on hold for 22 minutes before I had to hang up. The last call I was on hold for 24 minutes before I finally got through. This service, or more accurately lack of customer service is deplorable! Allstate needs to hire more agents, and/or come up with an online solution for making policy changes.

I don’t often write reviews, however when in this day and age I get an outstanding customer service experience, I will do so to ensure the person gets recognized for making my day and experience amazing! In this case, Joel Zimmer at Allstate was not only incredibly helpful, kind, personable, knowledgeable and able to answer all my myriads of questions, but also - and especially since I was in a big rush due to a divorce related deadline - was able to extremely quickly jump on my case and give me a great and thorough quote which was very competitive compared to other quotes i had gotten. My partner recommended Joel because he works at Suncor and has had an amazing experience with him so far as well there and I am so happy he did! Joel, thank you for all your help and fast turn around again, a divorce can be very a stressful time already, but you made this part of it super simple and fun for me. That goes a long way! Now my turn to recommend you to everyone as well! Thank you! :)

Had just recently bought a house and was asking around for quotes. After asking around I ended up calling Jaclyn Whitmore for a quote as I was already an existing client.
