Nothing but scammers. I was getting a quote for a second car and I told the advisor not to cancel my first vehicle till the second day, the guy ended up canceling and when I told him to bring it back on policy he said that it’s going by today’s rate which is a 1000 bucks more than what I was paying. Plus the rude customer customer service. Please stay away from these guys.

Take your no fault insurance and get out of Alberta. I have had 2 not at fault claims with this company. Both have been the most frustrating. Complicated and convoluted process I have ever experienced. You would think not being at fault would be an easy process. Think again! Accusations. Multiple interventions and lack of empathy is rife. Took over a year to get my truck repaired. Even got the repair companies executive leadership to speak to Aviva to get their adjuster to stop creating resistance where it wasn't needed. Glad to be leaving this business... Even more happy to read the news Aviva is leaving Alberta. Don't let the door hit you on the way out....

I never write bad reviews until this point. AVIVA insurance has been one of the worst company I've dealt with so far. Please stay away from this company. We made an auto claim a week ago and the claim adjuster is clearly delaying the process. Despite giving them a full statement regarding the car incident over the phone, they tried calling me again the next day asking for the same statement AGAIN. I've left them a voicemail yesterday during the day, and I had to leave another one today. No one answers their phone despite calling them on a weekday during business hour. It's quite a frustrating and stressful process. My partner has been calling them everyday now and no one is being cooperative.

If I could rate lower, I would. The communication from my advisor Mustafa has been terrible. He does not return calls or emails. He will call and leave a voicemail to tell me he hasn't got forms from the physio clinic but not make contact with the physio clinic. When I call back to get more information, he doesn't return my calls or follow up emails. Jenny is out advisor for the accident portion. Her emails do not make sense. She has poor communication and does not respond to questions asked but her response is something unrelated. Communication score:0 I'm starting to think I need a job in insurance. Nobody does their job and still gets paid for not supporting their clients' after almost dying in a car accident. Not helpful during such a traumatic event.

I talked with Penny Irwin today in Toronto, to report our hail damage on vehicles in Calgary after the August 5th hail storm. She was so helpful understanding and professional. We managed to get our 3 vehicles booked in for assessment in Sept. Very Happy with the service. Under a stressful situation, I just wanted to give her a good review. Deb H-G
