I've been with Hub for 5 years now and have only recently had to get in touch to change my policy. When able to get a hold of someone, customer service is good. However, I am on the third week of trying to get things dealt with as it is time sensitive and still haven't been able to take care of it. No one returns my calls or emails. I am beyond frustrated at this point and recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Patricia R, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, Patricia was incredibly responsive, always there to address any questions or concerns I had promptly. Not only was she responsive, but she was also extremely helpful, taking the time to explain all the intricacies of my insurance policy and ensuring I had a clear understanding of everything. One of the standout qualities of Patricia is her efficiency. She didn't waste any time in getting things done, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. It's evident that she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to provide them with the best possible service. Overall, I highly recommend Hub to anyone in need of insurance assistance.

The WORST! Told them I didn’t want to renew my insurance policy and advised this a month before my policy was set to renew. Yup, sure enough, got confirmation it was and nothing to worry about. Fast forward a month later, guess what!?! Economical charged me, and now, I am out (c) amount. I called to have this rectified and to no avail. Thy said they would call and see if it can be returned but nothing. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a refund and guess what again?!? Today is the 29th and no money in my account, because now I’m being told it would be refunded on the 31st of July. How convenient.

I have been a customer of Hub for over 8 years. They used to handle all my personal and business insurance, including a motorcycle policy for two bikes which I needed to get pink slips re issued for them the other day. It is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone, they responded two days later with an email. But by then I already had a new policy with a broker who actually answers the phone! I've have this same experience several times over the past few years and each time I've had to move the insurance policy to another broker. I would hate to think of what would happen if you needed to speak to someone in an emergency. Lots of other good hard working brokers out there to choose from.

Asked for a quote was told no we only give quotes to people who also insure their private residence with us. Never even bothered to ask if I was looking to switch everything. Apparently they are too big to even bother asking questions. I’m glad I found this out now because if they are this unhelpful for a quote imagine what it would be like with a claim.
