InsureAlberta Insurance Services 6966 76 Ave NW

Before moving to Alberta, I only dealt with ICBC for Insurance, which was very streamlined. I choose InsureAlberta because of their good reviews and they seemed friendly, that was until I had a fender bender here, and started asking Trinity questions that would to the average Albertan may be "obvious" questions. When emailing with Trinity, I was greeted with condescending answers, and a hint of annoyance, non-friendly replies. I was disappointed as I tend to base my business choices based on the people that work there. For this reason, during the next vehicle purchase I make I will be shopping for a new broker for my insurance needs, as I prefer to give my business to people who deserve it and who are friendly no matter the circumstances.

Your professionalism, good heart and overall efficiency are second to none! We also have our personal auto insurance with you, and so appreciate your service on that front too.
