I've been a client of Denise L. for some 6 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about her and her impeccable service. It's a very personalized service; she calls the insurance company on our behalf, fights for us, advises us as to the best company/policies for us given our specific circumstances, and works the company for US, rather than working us for the company. She's since become a trusted family friend, and I never - EVER - doubt her sincerity and know that she always has our best interests in mind ALL THE TIME. We have been with MHK for decades. We have a new broker , Amy Teague , who is fantastic ! We had many changes at policy expiry which she handled like a pro. Her systems were down , many technical issues beyond her control , and she was so calm and positive. We are not good with technology and she was so understanding and helpful.
