Just wanted to post a shout out to Mike and Carly at Plains insurance for being absolutely spectacular. Not only do they service my business needs, but they take care of our families personal insurance and collector coverage as well. Great team...great service! Thank you.

In 2009, we were referred to Plains Insurance when buying our home, soon after we added our auto insurance due to the consistent support we always receive. The service received from Mike Liebel, Audrey Alexander and the team at Plains Insurance is prompt, clear, and explanations are easy to understand. Recently, I needed additional liability insurance for a start-up business and after one phone call and a few email exchanges I had everything I needed at a reasonable price. Due to their consistent and incredible service we have remained loyal for 15 yrs. and have no plans to change. Therefore, if you are looking for a dependable and friendly insurance company I/we recommend Plains.

Great Customer Service We switched insurance companies as our agents kept changing and we could never establish a relationship with anyone. When we had an issue, it was always a long drawn out process as even then the agents kept switching. Having come to Plains, we have been lucky to consistently deal with the same person. Jared has been fabulous and is incredibly responsive. Costs don't seem to vary much between companies, so from our perspective, customer service is the distinguishing feature. This company has been great!

I needed a good insurance company as I have a dayhome and need proper insurance to cover me. One phone call and I had insurance within minutes. I also transfered home and auto. Much better prices and more coverage. Everything went so smooth and fast. Answered all my questions and made me feel accepted.
