I dealt with Sheralea and she was amazing. We are moving from BC to Alberta and so we did everything by email. She responded quickly, answered all of my questions and was able to give us tenant package that worked for us and was very reasonably priced. I never do reviews but in this case I just had to. I truly had a 5 star experience. I purchased insurance for my home, a rental property, several vehicles and my travel trailer from Sheralea at this office and the entire experience was phenomenal. I can't express enough how simple she made the whole process for me. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and even provided information on coverage that no other insurance agent has ever informed me of. For me, the coverage and service is the most important aspect (lessons learned through the Fort McMurray wildfire in 2016!) but price certainly comes into play as well. I left the office feeling very confident that I have the very best coverage at a very fair price. I will be transferring my commercial insurance to this office as soon as it comes up for renewal as well.
