Great experience dealing with the broker Jason Steward. Came in with some previous quotes that were low for my construction business and wanted to see how he could compare, was very honest with me and informative but also kept things light and hasty in a way that wasn’t ill-mannered. Couldn’t keep the quote as low but made it clear why it wasn’t a good option regardless of price but also don’t feel like he was upselling. I recommend Brokerlink for most insurance needs and highly recommend Jason for a clean cut experience.

The worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. If you like being in hold, then having the phone disconnected afterHalf an hour on hold, this is the insurance company for you. I wouldn't refer a friend to these thieves if they were the only insurance company in business. As soon as that refer a friend thing starts to repeat itself, know that you are not gonna get answered. They'll say they are experiencing system problems and hang up on you. You can't ever get ahold of anyone. Oh and their cancellation policy takes upwards of 14 days to take effect do cancel these criminals well in advance or figure they'll be taking your money for something you likely don't need insurance. Trash company.

Absolutely will not be using wawanesa ever again as I was told no more payments would be taken out of my account after canceling my insurance and as told that they would send a bill via email (which i never received) for a remaining amount and they ended up taking it out of my account

Called there to get a quote, spoke with some lady Jennifer and she clearly didn't want to help me, so here's my review. No tickets and 1 claim in the past 14 years of driving. Thanks brokerlink
