I rarely leave reviews but when i do its always a positve one... not this time, I'm so frustrated. Trying to insure my vehicle purchased on the weekend. Made me wait untill Monday, on the phone with them since 9 am, because it had to go through the local agency. Made me take photos of the vehicle, tried to get me to do another out of province, even though it was already registered in alberta, then just before they close for the day till me they can't approve it untill I send them legal documents of the lift kit and that it was installed by a professional mechanic... there is no lift kit in the unit and they just made assumptions based on pictures, then I guess as a extra cherry on top, tell me they are to busy and can schedule me in two days from now to insure the vehicle. Worst service period. Anytime I deal online or through the call center I have amazing dealings. This agency on the other hand, always brutal.

Been with them for well over 20 years. Last year my home insurance was raised $760 dollars. When I inquired about it I was told IBC allowed a rate hike and cooperators decided to do the max increase. This month I received my renewal and it’s an increase of over $950 bucks. I will be shopping around for a better price because $140 a month increase from 2 years ago is excessive.

Totally oppsite from what they say and stand behind! Over priced! In fact, call around and find out your self. I was on insurance with my spouse and shopped around. Found a way better deal 3 times cheaper so I called cooperators on 2 occassions to see if they could compete with the competitors prices and both times they could not lower other than a $20. Discount. Moreover, after I switched they turned around and penalized my spouse for staying! Unbelievable, My husband has been-loyal to staying with cooperators for YEARS, and this is how they repay him. Shop around people, Cooperators are Gougers!

I was very happy with cooperators up until today I tried to get a payment stopped so that I wasn't get extra amounts of money taken out of my account but that happened this month and the gentleman I was dealing with was very arrogant but... so was I he had to be right in everything I said or tried to say he had a reason which I didn't think was fair so I was getting angry just to say the least never ever had any problems with cooperators downtown or online until todayjust to let you know sir if you see this I'm physically and mentally disabled and you just made my tough life a little bit tougher
