I just visited this place first time. They have all signs and tools for Covid-19 pandemic. It was quite during lunch time. Location was very easy and straight forward for me. Very neat and clean facility. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Our work was done within 15 minutes with love and care. Can’t Thanks enough to the staffs. Parking spot is available for visitors and also for disabled parking. I would highly recommend others to visit this facility if they need to.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. An hour before the place closes they are turning people away for full compassity….. it’s a fricken hour!!!! What are you doing in that time to be turning people away when more than half of the chairs in the place were empty. Do better Honestly do better Espectually for what they call a “government” building and turning people away. Do better

If I can only give them zero star, I will. I’m so disappointed with their service. I have waited for over 4 hours before my name was called. How come this will not address to Canada Government? Why they don’t have enough people? Are they saving money? It only takes 10 minutes to process mine, so how come we need to wait for over 4 hours? Something wrong here.

Horrible. Came day before at 3pm and they said they can’t do any passport applications after 11am. So came before it opened and already a lineup of 18 people. Waiting for 2 hours and they called my name but they just use first names, so someone else took my spot. I asked if someone took my spot and said “no, that was the correct person”. Then asked waiting time and they said 2 hours! So obviously someone took my spot! This place is ridiculous! And the whole process for renewing passports when you finally get to the window took me less than 15 mins. Someone is wrong at this location.

I have been there couple weeks ago. They have a board saying no misbehaving will be tolerated. Okay we got it. But employee can do it? She was giving me paper to write something, by literally throwing it and her tone was rude too. Made me feel like I don't know anything. This should also not be tolerated.
