I'm a first time home buyer and was completely lost as to what kind of coverage I should be getting. Tristen Harris was a total delight to deal with, very thorough, very knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. I trust her with any insurance needs I have now, or moving forward. 10/10 I would recommend!!!

I went there about a month ago and Brooklynn is the worst broker that I have ever dealt with. I found her very rude and unpleasant. I ended up going elsewhere.

Erin was fantastic today. Provided a quote over the phone for my vehicle policy, along with a follow up adjustment call on a lower price, helped me understand how to get my car from BC to Alberta with a transit permit, and then when I came in, she was friendly knowledgeable and the whole process of insuring my car for first time in Alberta was smooth and stress free.

I always love dealing with Western Financial! I’m not from Grande Prairie but I always go through the Grande Prairie location because the staff are always efficient and informative! I dealt with Brittany today and she had everything sorted out for me in an extremely timely manner!
