Have been with HUB for over 25 years! Have had multiple claims with them (2 home floods and one accident that was not our fault) Each time, the claim process was painless and was processed fast!

I loved this company once upon a time, I have been with them for 14 years and up until last 3 years I have loved them. Now I find random additional charges, errors, delays and issues, when I talk to my rep. about it they are frequently away. I found out recently the suggested business insurance I had was woefully inadequate (now I pay double but I know I am covered). >> shop around, its shocking! After 14 years I get a better rate somewhere else with the same coverage and same insurance provider! I am giving two stars because I did really like this company and the reps I worked with once upon a time but I am hugely disappointed in them and the service lately and thought this would pass but its only gotten worse.. >> edit, I have reduced this to 1 star because of your response. You suggest Jason will contact me then you provide ME with his contact info and finish by saying you look forward to hearing from me. I thought you said Jason was contacting me. this confusion is an example for how I have felt working with your team. Please tell Jason I have told my rep on numerous occasions that I would like to talk to a supervisor and have asked for answers and they are politely passed over in response...
