I have been with the company for years. I did not experience anything other than great, professional and attentive care for customers. And it is only getting so much better over time considering my latest case and experience. I am very grateful to Johnson for such a great care!

I've never left a review for an insurance company before but I wanted to do it this time because over the last few years, Johnson Insurance has been incredible to work with. Always easy to get through the phone, claims service is incredibly easy, and the people on the line know what they are doing. I am not sure how competitive the rates are, but I am happy with my premiums and the service.

I have been very happy with Johnson, until today. I had an accident. It was my fault. The party and I exchanged information, Just TRY to contact Johnson/Unifund! Called the number on my insurance card. Called the number on my policy. Called the local office. All you get is Select this, Select that, and it takes you back again. Finally talked to a real person, just to be told, "I am just an agent, I can't take your information, I'll connect you to the right department. And then ROUND and ROUND we go .. again. If a person has an accident, do you think they want to go through this process. In my case, I am going to wait for the other party to contact their insurance. And then I'll be contacted by Johnson FOR SURE!! Update: The people I supposedly had the accident with were shysters. I took their word that I had scraped their car. I actually didn’t feel the two cars connecting. Then they claimed they were inside the car. FALSE Then they claimed they had whiplash FALSE Johnson Insurance informed me they had people doing this all the time. I offered to submit a signed affidavit, but was told it wouldn’t make a difference. I was not penalized. Thank God!

Excellent company and service. When no one else would insure me 20-30 years ago, Johnson did. Always attentive and easy to reach.

Johnson and Unifund just steal your money. I've been with them for almost 5 years and I'm paying almost $700 for a 2020 Ford Edge and it just increased another $40 / month because i moved cities. I got a quote through Costco insurance for $100 cheaper and explained this and still they still couldn't lower it. Definitely looking for different insurance company and would never recommend Johnson Insurance/Unifund.
