Donna has always been reliable and helpful to me, especially when I was in France and bought a car. The Insurance Company there wanted all my past history. Donna faxed it over to them and I got my insurance very quickly. She always strives to get me the best rate and explains everything when I have questions. I gather sometimes she is fraught, but that's understandable, it's a job I couldn't do. She is patient and makes sure one understands the numbers. I keep going back there so that says something.

Amazing 5 star service from Donna. I have visited ALL brokers in bow valley and this was the most down to earth experience. I have received all the information which I needed, how my insurance premium is being calculated as well as received best offer based on my personal circumstances. Stay away at all costs! Don't ever think about cancelling with them as I don't think they actually understand what that term means. I cancelled my insurance back at the end of August. I was told by Donna, that my insurance was cancelled and no further payments would be taken. Fast forward to November and I was still being charged $200 a month! I then had to bring this to Donna's attention again! Bear in mind, still at this stage there was no apology, no emapthy and no accountability on her behalf. I was told I would be getting the several months I'd been charged back in December. Well low and behold I've been charged again! I've just called Donna's colleague who I have reiterated the whole story too, explaining that me and my partner need that money back today, otherwise we don't have money for food. Anyone with a shred of decency or moral compass would understand the urgency of this mess up. He then tells me, he'll look into it, but first he must goto lunch! Are you actually kidding me? Having worked in the financial sector myself, I am not only shocked at the level of professionalism at this branch, I also can't comprehend the utter lack of customer service and duty of care! Thanks for ruining our Christmas.
