I had been in my home for only six weeks (came from BC) when my basement flooded; family room and 2 bedrooms! Crystal at Acera has been outstanding from my initial insurance policy through the clean up. I would highly recommend Acera and Crystal. I plan to be a client for many years to come. I called in to get a insurance quote on the 26th of july and was told i would get it by monday. Called monday and i was told the broker was gone till next week friday so i waited and here i am still waiting. People seem nice but must be very unorganized.

I had insurance with another company for almost 15 years before switching companies. My experience with Acera and it’s staff has been nothing short of exceptional. They provided transparent and realistic coverages for my personal insurance needs. My broker Dawn is also the gold standard of what customer service should be. She is always been quick to respond and always acts in my best interest to save ME money while also providing the best possible coverage for my lifestyle. 10/10

BRUTAL!!! Do not use A-Win unless you use Crystal (She is amazing). I have had two horrible experiences with this company. Both agents I used never responded to my emails or my phone calls. I was having issues with my home insurance company and they told me I had to reach out to my broker. I tried contacting my broker multiple times to which they never responded and helped me. I ended up having to contact my insurance company multiple times and telling them that my broker is unwilling to help. My insurance company updated some of there policies sent it to my broker to which I never received and ended up figuring out my contacting my insurance company on my own, why would I have a broker if I am doing all the work myself? I have been trying to cancel my policy now and I have asked my broker to help me and she just pawned me off to another person in the company to which that person just stopped replying to my emails. Extremely unprofessional. Like I said do not use at all unless you use crystal I think she is the only reason this company is still around.
