We went in ahead of time - and were advised to make an appointment "to reduce our waiting time". Three days later, at the appointed time, and we still have to wait longer than we should have when advised we would not have to wait "with an appointment". Staff were great in the end, but wait was annoying.

Highly Recommended! I was shopping for insurance policies and came across BrokerLink. Booking an appointment was a breeze and got the date and time as per my preference. Mr. Hammad Raza was assigned to me. He understood the requirements, gave the best options with all the caveats and explained everything. Once the policy was finalized and the required documentation done, the policies were issued. A big shout-out to Hammad Raza; from the beginning to the end, he was professional, courteous and efficient. Extremely knowledgeable, polite and gives the right advice. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Wish him the very best and he is an asset to any organization that he is with.

UPDATE: Brokerlink replied to this review within an hour or two! But, weeks later now and I STILL haven't had anybody from this company tell me how to cancel my autopayment coming up. I've emailed my agent asking to shut it down - no response. I've called the toll free number and got transferred somewhere else that couldn't help me. Like, seriously?!?! Should be something simple you can do in the app, but no. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm not pleased at all with the trend I've seen with Brokerlink over the last 4-5 years. I've been with this same insurance company since I was 16 years old. I had two agents for almost 15 of those years who actually cared. They would call me annually to go over coverage and always offered a loyalty credit - usually $150/year - which is not nothing. Recently though, I've had a constant cycle of ever changing agents, emails that go a week or longer with no response and responses that don't address the concerns I raised. The last straw for me though was this year when I was told they no longer offer their "flex discount", which was a substantial discount for loyalty. If being a loyal client for almost 30 years gets you nothing anymore, I will take the same mindset and look elsewhere solely for the lowest quote.

I've been with Brokerlink for years and will continue to be. The people are fantastic and always put me first with any questions I may have. They do a terrific job and maintain a friendly atmosphere so as a client I feel comfortable. I dont need to shop around

The broker I delt with was amazing. I had to renew my plates but for some reason I didn't have my 2024 pink slips and he emailed them to me right away. He was very kind and informative and helped me out a lot!! I would definitely recommend Brokerlink to friends and family.
