The broker had no charm whatsoever and the quote given was 25 percent higher than another agent. I tested her re: customer service etiquette and customer relationship appeal and the broker failed in areas of understanding and the overall customer experience. Also, none of the staff spoken to knew the history of their agency which is important in how the broker is acknowledged, how their product is sold, and how each does the job in front of them. In this competitive marketplace, I would not give my business to this brokerage firm.
