We recently moved to Medicine Hat from BC, I contacted several local agencies for home, car and motorcycle insurance. Carissa Page came up with a package deal that beat everyone else cold plus we got the bonus of some puppy love when we went to her office. Great service and prices, hopefully it will still be the same at next year's renewal if not I will update this review then.

I bought a vehicle in a Saturday and after trying to go through another broker Monday and having a horrible experience, I called here at 3 pm and was put through to Lacey. She got all my info and had everything set up and my papers to me today. She was very helpful and did everything she could to get it done quick for me! Absolutely fantastic

Very expensive company, you can find better pricing at many other companies. Also, took a whole weekend of waiting for a quote that was more expensive than the first quote. Do not recommend this company.

I spoke to lacey two weeks ago to switch auto insurance companies. She told me she wanted all of my personal documents sent to her through email (drivers liscense and bill of sale) so i could get insurance. I sent my important documents two weeks ago and never heard anything back saying she even recieved my email. I called back myself today to hear that i had a 0$ claim on my account i never heard of so i was not eligible to get the insurance. She also told me she was going to call me back today later about my file (yeah right why couldnt you email or call two weeks ago?) Everytime i did call lacey it took 3 hours to get back to me. This was horrible customer service, a huge waste of time, and it would have been nice to know weeks ago rather then scrambling and making different arrangements now.
