From the moment I bought my mobile home, I knew I wanted it insured, but I had so much trouble finding a company that did that. A friend recommended Western Financial and they were able to help me out, making sure I had enough coverage. Every year when it is time to renew, they always contact me to make sure everything is alright, this has not been my experience in the past. I appreciate the contact and the friendliness with which I was treated. I also love how this company is involved with and supports our community.

I have had nothing but excellent assistance, guidance and communication with this branch for all concerns I may have ran into while holding a policy. Most recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Melanie, and she has been great to deal with! Communication with her has been seamless and has made the shopping part of the process extremely stress free!
