Went in a couple of weeks ago to renew my insurance. It’s my usual to go place however this time the service was horrible. The gentleman who handled my paperwork was quite rude and unprofessional. He was not helpful when asking questions. I thought perhaps it was a one off but another customer who I ran into outside the business also commented on how poorly he was treated. I decided to write an email to the owner to contact me and that was over a week ago and haven’t had one single call from them. Thought to give the owner a chance to redeem themselves but their lack of follow up fell miserably. I will not use their services anymore and will let all my contacts know as well. Stay away as there are lots of other reputable positive customer service insurance businesses in west van. An extremely disappointing experience.

Very lazy staff, have to fill in all your own forms. Gone way downhill, poor service with a lot of attitude make you feel like your a criminal. Awful place!

I have been helped by Ian several times more recently and find this location to be really fast and efficient for renewing or making changes to ICBC insurance policies over the phone.
