Outstanding service! I had a tricky situation with gifting a vehicle and swapping insurances, and I received the best recommendations possible directly over the counter. There's just no way I could have sorted everything out on my own. He even went the extra mile and gave me the phone number to call if I were to move outside of BC.

My mum and I came in on Sunday and met with Ryan Smith to go over some transfer of vehicles that was not super straight forward. Ryan was super patient and knew that being a Sunday, he would not be able to sort us out until the next day, but took all the info he could so he could hit the ground running the next day. So many people in this day and age say they'll get back to you, or push you to another day for you to find that they forgot to call you back or you have to go and find them. Ryan was completely a man of his word, did exactly what he said he would, and went above and beyond to run up the road to get my mum's signature as she isn't mobile. That is outstanding service and I had to post publicly about it! Thanks again Ryan, it might not seem a big deal to you, but it was to me. :)

Just registered our out of province vehicle here today. Wonderful service from Ryan! He's knowledgeable, patient and super nice. We had some problems with the paper works but Ryan helped us sort it out. Highly recommend!

The person named Stacy at this location was very rude and condescending. I’ve been buying travel insurance from this office since 2019 and never have I been treated so poorly. She was not nearly close to being remorseful of her actions towards me. I was simply asking for a quote and was looking forward to purchasing. After this experience, I would never go back to this place. She was also very enthusiastic to send me to BCAA near by the location. I could honestly say that I will NOT recommend this insurance place to anyone if the treatment is like this to their customers.

Told me in january while buying my car that I would pay less for the insurance with a BC driving license (I have a french one). I decided to wait to get a BC license so I couldnt use the car everyday and I would pay 36$ or insurance for the days I would need it, even paid 168$ for a week. Went today to BCAA with my BC driving license, and surprisingly, they asked for the exact same amount. So I went through few troubles, I needed to wait and paid some lyft or useless 1-day insurance for ONE worker that don't know how to inform well their customers. Would avoid for sure in the future. You should do the same
