Matthew was a great help today. Positive attitude, and knowledge in his field. He helped me transfer a commercial truck into our company aswell as assist with replacement of park plates!!! Thank you

I came to this location to obtain business insurance. I spoke to Heather about a half dozen times to get my insurance going. We started in March 15, 2024. Fast forward to Today (May 13, 2024) and she hasn’t called me back, and made no effort to get me business insurance. After my last communication with her, I expected my quotes within a week or two tops. Needless to say I went somewhere else and they got me the insurance I need. I would not, and will not recommend Valley-Wide, or Heather as a broker to obtain business insurance.

I have to say. I never post reviews but my experience here was incredibly uncomfortable to the point of wanting to make a review. For the privacy of the individual I will not say her name but the woman who answered the phone at the North Parallel Rd was rude and degrading. I called to lower my monthly payments and she responded with annoyance. I was quite taken back and a bit flustered by this. I am currently dealing with some health issues and I started to feel even more unwell on the phone dealing with her. I asked simple questions and the response was (with irritation in her voice) "its only a few dollars less a month".. I responded with "now a days every dollar counts."... Client do not call an insurance company to be met with such a demeanour. I myself have worked in customer service and being the first point of contact it is incredibly important to greet clients with a kind welcoming voice. Please speak to your employees about their demeanour towards clients. All of us in some shape or form are going through tough times. So lets all be kind to one another. Kindness goes a long way!
