Walked into this insurance place. I was quickly greeted by Trinity and it was served very well. Trinity took the time to call ICBC to help me answer questions. I had also got me the plate I desired, and took the extra time in care to make sure everything was done properly, after everything was done she even called me the next day to follow up. Awesome experience with 100% recommend in the future.

Waited for 2 hours just to be told they couldn't help me. Went to an agency down the road and they had me in and out within 3 minutes. Not sure why the discrepancy. 2 Stars as they were nice and most likely just didn't know what they we're doing.

Linda Meadley and her team are professional and experienced, providing top notch customer service and expert advice when I needed a quote FAST for my home insurance. Superb customer service. I came here to renew my auto insurance. What I needed wasn't exactly straight forward because I was contemplating storing my car for the summer and other fine details. I found James at The Co-operators to be an excellent advisor, who was patient and open to all my questions. He answered everything and helped to lay out the options clearly. In the end, I walked out feeling more knowledgable about my auto insurance and comfortable with my decision. In addition, I also inquired about a quote for home insurance. Again, James was very helpful in explaining everything to me, and made me feel that he had my interest at heart. I highly recommend coming to this location for your insurance needs.
