I had requested to close my file almost 12 months ago, I called my “agent” Gabriella who ignores my calls and emails to close my account. The office is no help either. They have been taking payments ever since, and still sends me emails to this day, refusing to close my file. I do not recommend this company at all.

They show up late to interviews, don't apologize, and they interview you for positions you didn't apply for that have zero pay and they dance around this fact. This is a pyramid scheme. You have to pay for your own certification with zero paid training. They are coy with not telling you what you are interviewing for and how much it actually pays (ta da $0). Working class citizens be warned of applying for this place.

They won’t stop calling and texting. My contact info was only provided through my friend who used me as emergency contact for her application documents. No permission was given by my friend for them to contact me. Their agent keeps harassing me with phone calls, voicemail and text asking “did you receive my voicemail?”. This is ridiculous and you bet I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this company. It’s been over a year and again, phone call, voicemail and text was received today.
