I can see there is a lot of unfair negative reviews about them. The staffs may not spend a lot of time engaging in meaningless conversation with you, but they get what you wanted quick. They always call and remind me about the renewal of house insurance. A new young lady Chelsea Sun found a better deal for me with adequate coverage and saved me hundreds of dollars. She has done her homework prior to calling me. I am happy.

Go for nothing at all if Andy is working there. He is the conceited man with no information. With the other employees, everything went smoothly, but as soon as he entered the picture, he began acting bossy and did all sorts of dumb things. Before you go in, make sure he's not there. Both women working deserves this two star for tolerating him.

This company is a big joke. Trying to cancel insurance after car accident which ICBC already has the car and plates amd we were advised to cancel and do not need plates. The staff refused to help, refused to listen or even trying to solve the prblem by working with us and ICBC. Rude, ignorant staff. ICBC said they should be reading all the information amd they wont just doing what ever they want. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company . Definitely not ICBC certified.

Zero was patient ,polite and extremely helpful will highly recommend this office all are professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Told me I need to buy business use insurance without asking how often I drive my car to see clients. In the end, pleasure use was the appropriate coverage. Did not update location of where my car is stored when not in use. I had to go back to fix the papers. Not rude or anything like that but this was the most energy I've ever had to put into renewing car Insurance. I do not want to go back next year.
