Sussex Insurance - Campbell River 1424 Island Hwy

I renewed my insurance last week. I was not told at the time the payment would not come out on my normal preferred date. After noticing the charge on my account this morning I went and spoke with Patti, the manager. She was the one that renewed my insurance. She deflected the complaint and said it is the customers responsibility to know, had a poor attitude and then threatened to leave a 1 star review for the business I manage. Very poor customer service. I will being contacting the head office about the retaliatory review comment.

Poor service, Patty was particularly rude and unhelpful. Insurance adjusters should know basic information available on ICBCs website without having to call them to ask. Don't waste your time here.
