Our family have regularly dealt with both Kelly and Hailey at the front desks, and every time they've gone out of their way to make sure our family got the best possible insurance coverage options, in addition to educating us on how to better navigate the system and how to understand which plans are the most beneficial to us. They've also followed up when adjustments or changes needed to be made, and have been willing to answer any simple, silly questions I might have had for them. I would like to thank Sakshi at the Campbell River Merecroft Branch for her outstanding work for us on a boat trailer policy. Sakshi went out of her way to solve our registration, licensing, and insurance problems, with patience, persistence, and pleasantness. She recognized the issues immediately and set out to contact the necessary parties to get the job done.
