Many kudos go to Kendall and Michael. We had a nightmare experience of getting Polish passport photos done here and then driving into Vancouver to the Consulate to get a passport renewal. The BCAA taken photos did not meet the standards of acceptance by the Consulate. We had to find another place downtown to have retakes. In doing this, we ended getting a parking ticket because of the extra time it took. I contacted BCAA and Michael promptly returned our call. My husband went down to see him and they made they things right to our satisfaction. If you aren’t a BCAA member, you should be, they value their members. Thank you Michael for communicating well and going the extra mile to make it right and to Kendall for having everything ready for my husband’s visit!
