With the new policies due to Covid19, this agency provided a safe environment that made my renewal quick and efficient whilst upholding these new restrictions in a professional manner. I have been to this Agency quite a few times the last few weeks. I’d recommend taking the access on the Kaltire side. The lady working on that side is very knowledgeable. The lady on the other side is kind enough, but can really waste your time, as she doesn’t really know what she’s doing. She also thinks talking out loud, which I find very annoying as she is literally telling you she has no clue what she’s doing.
