Alex is an amazing agent works hard to make sure that you understand and takes the time to make sure you only have to do it once. Doing something fast is easy and mistakes can be made but doing something right can take time. There is so much I formation to know and remember I tip my hat to all who can do this and do it as well as Alex.

Why does Alex even have a job here? A simple car insurance transaction will turn into a 3 hour ordeal with this guy. He seems to enjoy wasting people's time. If he holds you behind closing time, he must be getting overtime pay. Every simple transaction turns into hours and hours of his incompetence. He will invent anything to waste your time. Like: I don't belive you paid that price for that car. Are you sure you paid that price? I went to another insurance place right up the road, the day after Alex wasted 3 hours of my life. They said I am the second person to complain about THAT specific man in the last week. They also let me know, I should have been in and out of there in 15 mins approx and there was zero reason for him to hold me back. Or make this stuff up. This is the SECOND time I've dealt with Alex in the last year for different reasons. Both times he had to invent stuff to waste my time. He is incompetent and should not have a job in this field. Lesson learned! I will never be going here again. I can't believe I went twice actually.

My wife and I renewed both of our car insurances with Alex. He was awesome. He was very professional, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He spent a long time with us, going over and explaining all of our options so that we could make the best decision about which coverage to get for our family. Even when they were short staffed, he acknowledged everyone who came into the door and he never rushed us. I highly recommend brining your Auto, Home and travel insurance needs to the brokers at Hub International.

What started out to be a simple transfer of ownership & purchase insurance on our new car was 2 hrs of painfully watching a turtle (ALEX) pretending to do his job. Clearly he needs better training ,or maybe find a different job. He sat there wasting time, and wasting time and wasting time. I understand you get hourly pay, but nothing like wasting people's time. My first time there and my last time, ALEX you suck at this job
