I came here because an agent at Sussex Insurance in Save On Foods Promontory messed up my insurance renewal. The lady at the counter took the time to call ICBC and resolve the issue. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

No attention to detail. Calls you for renewal at last minute and missed cut off for any changes. Told wrong info time and again. They will take a payment that was not agreed to and then just say whoops will we reduce all your other payments for the year.

I went there on a Wednesday to get home insurance the representative took down all my information and said she would call me the next day or if not the day after. I did not receive a call or even an email, so on Saturday I called them and they said they’ve been busy and would get to me when they can. To this day (9 days later) I still haven’t heard from them. I will definitely not be going back there. Terrible service and lack of communication on their part. I went to HUB insurance today and within 2 hours I got a call back! If anyone needs insurance, go to HUB!

My wife tried to get home insurance for two weeks from their representative. They continuously failed to call back or follow up with informatione while assuring us that our policy was being taken care of. Absolutely terrible service. I wouldn't let them insure my dog house.

I went into Chilliwack Insurance (Sardis location) and I had outstanding customer service from Mikkayla, she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her explaining everything in detail to me when we were going over the policy and I was excited to find out she saved me money!!. Thank you Chilliwack Insurance and Mikkayla!
