We were extremely pleased with the way in which our agent, Dana MacLean handled our house insurance renewal . After having had a poor experience with the J.M. office here in Vernon, Dana was able to get the quotes we wanted and provide her expertise in getting us the coverage we needed at the right price. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience.

I usually have a good experience here but I came in on March 18th around 3pm because my disabled mom crashed my car in northern bc and I needed to cancel the insurance. Icbc refused to tow it and we can't get the plates off. I explained all this to the nice lady at the desk when you first walked in, she called an old blonde lady over who was completely rude and dismissive to me to the point where I left in tears. Told me that we had to find a way to cut the plates off and offered no other solution (keeping in mind I can't get up to the vehicle so my mom would have to do it(she's disabled and still hurt from the car crash) and the car is down a steep embankment) I am beyond upset with the lack of empathy and helpfulness from that lady and will NOT be going back to this location. It's a shame because the other staff I have dealt with in the past have been fantastic.

Always a great experience at this location. They’ve always treated us well, and I have never had any complaints. I went to Hub one time before, and it was a total disaster. I’m glad this location exists on the Sardis side.

I came in before close today to do a vehicle trade with another gentleman and had an awesome experience. Mary was very nice, intelligent, and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone needing insurance or vehicle registration. Keep up the good work Mary and team!
