Please take the time to read this. It restored my faith in humanity. I went into the insurance the other day, I had recently put my vehicle into my boyfriends name because the insurance was cheaper. After a lot of hell and us splitting up, when the insurance ran out on the 31st of last month he was supposed to put the vehicle back into my name, and we agreed he would keep the car... so I could insure this vehicle myself and not have to worry about not having a vehicle for work. He decided to show up at Sussex in a fury and refuse to sign the truck back or to me. After ranting about me in a tirade of abuse, the gentleman at Sussex stood up for me himself. I was beside myself because of course I had to be to work the next day and this was way too much stress for that moment in time. After much upset, the vehicle was finally signed back over to me ... The whole point of the story is that through all my stress and his outbursts, the two people working that day at Sussex remained calm and kind. Not only did the gentleman stand up for me, but the wonderful lady "Gurbax" kindly offered me a water to help me relax, and even though I broke down in tears, she remained professional, offered a kind ear, a gentle word and a friendly smile while she filled out all the necessary paperwork for me. By this point I was so shattered I don't think I could've even stumbled through the paperwork. When they were finished and my insurance was done, I felt 1 million times better. But I have to say 100% that it was solely because of the gentleman there at Sussex but mostly my angel in disguise, Gurbax. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend this Sussex to every friend I have... thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This place is the best - not only are they good at what they do but they are very knowledgeable. I have been going here for a while now and each time the manager helps me and is great. This last time i went, he wasn't in so I was nervous to ask questions because I had only dealt with him. The lady that was there (maybe his wife?) helped me and turned out she had all the answers. I was nervous for no reason! She was polite, helpful and answered all the questions - she knows what she is talking about. I have no hesitation to recommend this location to anyone - they are good at what they do. Simple.
