We've gone into the Yale road location twice now and Paul is very rude and difficult to deal with. I always contact ICBC before going into the office to make sure I have all the necessary documents as well as making sure it's the registered owner of the vehicle that has to go and no myself as the only insured driver on the car so I can make sure the right person goes to have things taken care of and he I the absolute worst person there to have to deal with . He acts like the clients needs are below him and is very confrontational. Maybe time for him to get a new job if customer service isn't in his skill set. Very unfortunate.

I really appreciate everything that they have done for me and would recommend this insurance company to all my family and friends and to people looking for a insurance agent.
