Just another gov't agency who does not even follow their own rules.

Wish I could give 0. Left me with a $1200 claim for an accident I had a police report for saying I wasn’t at fault. I have been in contact with them for months, simply due to the fact it takes them 3+ weeks to respond to an email, just for them to still have no information and call me the wrong name.

This no fault policy change short changes out of province drivers and does not provide for pain, suffering, injury claims. It is completely unfair to take away the ability to fight for fair compensation.

Worst, most corrupt company in existence. I got my license revoked for making one phone call without Bluetooth, and I'll have to pay approx $1,000 in fines and fee's. Not to mention the driving examiners, specifically one examiner, are unbelievably rude and incompetent. I would like to say that i'm going to take my business else where, but what choice do I have as they are the sole insurance company in the province.

Spent 8 months to try to book an appointment for my N my license expired and now I'm back at square 1 have to take my L all over again that that's all that I got told.
