This a fraudulent insurance company. Their sales person sold me a comprehensive collision insurance that only works when you have comprehensive from ICBC and only works after your submit a claim for the ICBC. The same insurance sales person sold me only Basic insurance from ICBC, so any claim for Murrick gets automatically denied

The staff are so very kind and helpful. Their knowledge of the auto title transfer process was outstanding. They handed me a stack of plates and offered that I could select a plate number that I liked. For insurance services downtown, this is the place.
