Bad experience rant! .... They usually get service of some sort even if I have to wait but on this occasion I feel it could have been a lot better. Called in an hour and a half before closing to do insurance over the phone. Was sent a link and told I would get a call back. After an hour of waiting and not receiving a call, I decided to repeatedly call for the last half an hour of the store being open... With no luck. No answer. No call back. Left hanging I decided to call another local towns insurance broker and had both of my insurance done over the phone within 10 minutes.... Please don't waste customers time if you're busy flat out, tell me you're not going to be able to help me today or there's a good chance you won't and I won't waste my time. I'll look elsewhere

Greatly disappointed with their service... My husband just got off the phone with one of their customer service reps (I believe her name was Kara), and her attitude was unpleasant to say the least. We understand that during these times they are doing their best to serve everybody, but when you ask a simple question you don't expect to get talked down to over the phone. Definitely will never deal with this branch again!

Great place: agents try their best to make sure you get the best deals or interest rates that you can get. My only complaint is that Dawson Creek usually has a higher turn over rate: not many young people like a smaller northern community. I like it better when people are familiar and stay to build a better community. Overall this place is great.

Brett helped the filing process a piece of cake, and I wasn't in there for no more than 30 minutes for the permits I needed filed. Would absolutely recommend this branch for anyone seeking help. Will definitely be returning with my business again.
