20+ year customer with Tsawwassen Insurance and my auto insurance was up for renewal, it lapsed and I had an accident a few days later and wrote off my newly purchased Mercedes SUV. No email no text message just to prompt me. I brought this to their attention after the accident and then they signed me up for notifications for both text and email and then again the following year nothing (failed yet again). I am extremely disappointed in their service/systems and the $45,000 it cost when my car was written off (ICBC ruled 100% not my fault, thank god because I would have had to pay for the other persons expenses, their car and personal injury, yes I would have lost my retirement over a simple text or email). At a minimum call them to triple check so when your policy it up you get a reminder and don't end up like me. When I asked to talk with the manager, I got crickets nothing!
