Laura Paschold was efficient and thorough, and I learned this about my coverage that I had no idea about, even though I had had that coverage for years. She also told me about the income top up and provided an info sheet on that, and helped me pick new plates that were easy to remember.

Our experience with Laura was phenomenal!! she was very patient and made the stressful process very smooth. We needed to get insurance for my little sisters car and would recommend that anyone in tsawwassen that needs insurance, to go visit her :)

Great experience here. Went in to get my scooter papers transferred and insured and the person helping me was welcoming and knowledgeable. Arjun did a great job sorting al the paperwork for me and I was insured and ready to go quick and easy. Very polite and friendly to work with. Thanks Arjun! ☺️

We have been to Westland Insurance on a few occasions. The staff here are knowledgeable and always friendly. They are willing to take the time to respond to questions and explain or interpret policy if needed. We asked for different quotes on travel insurance and were happy with their rates. They also provided us with home insurance couple of months ago that we were pleased with as well.
