As a council, they fail to understand whether they should raise the cost of misconduct for wrongdoers or make it higher for good people to uphold justice. Every employee is also an ordinary citizen, and what citizens need is fairness and justice.

Such a terrible organization. Everything they do is to make your life harder. The policies are not beneficial to people, the scheduling for exams are designed to drag on & cost more money like a scam, and the staff are so slow to do things.

I really enjoy speaking with the entire team and find everyone helpful. I especially love Nayibe's infectious and warm presence whenever I speak to her on the phone. This team is filled with a bunch of amazing professionals. Melissa was fantastic with her support this renewal season. I appreciate everyone on this team!

What a third class policy of insurance council is that you cannot go to washroom during the exam. We 2 people have to leave the exam in between , answering the questions without reading, because the pressure of urine built in body. I think insurance council must rethink their policy decision & will rectify their mistake in future.
