The lady staff member who helped me renew my car insurance was very helpful, patient and gave me detailed explanation! She even helped me update my current insurance info (which should have been updated before) so that I could get a rebate. Dont know her name but shoutout to her (who works on a Saturday!)

After having a nightmare of a day the day before with a unrelated provider (insurance and groceries in 1 store fils me with about as much confidence as Baskin Robbins and fitness world opening a one stop shopping experience) anyways I started the day without an active policy or even plates.. late for work and very close to to having a complete meltdown ... I called them randomly to talk me off the ledge as they say and to start a new policy. My broker was patient, kind all without having to actually leave my house. Then she got into her car and brought me my new plates and the printed policy..I don't know if that's a thing brokers do there or anywhere I've ever heard of.. but I waited til she drove away to have a lil bit of a relief cry... Far different from the tears normally associated with anything ICBC related especially when it is coupled with buying toilet paper and tampons under the fluorescents and the jazzy version of eye of the tiger plays in the background.** ahem* as she snaps back and shutters thinking back.... Right, sorry about that... King insurance awesome... They put the frill back in insurance. lol... Get it?

Came to see an ICBC insurance broker to file a reimbursement form for driving insurance at work that required an ICBC broker stamp. Worker barely looked at the form, was rude, refused to help, and basically shooed me out. Update: the ICBC insurance broker at superstore was able to help- tldr go to the supermarket for insurance help, not this self claimed insurance company who refused to even look at the forms

Stopped in to update my Autoplan policy, friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended and thank you!

Worst service there's one young dude he doesn't even seem interested to work at the store just go to superstore at 1 block away Sussex insurance gave me good rate..
