HUB International BC V1J 3X4

I was impressed to say the least. I went in to HUB to get insurance and was greeted with a very professional and welcoming environment! I was served by one of the energetic employees within seconds of walking in the door!! The manager even took time out of her day to say hello and make sure I was satisfied with my insurance buying experience! Above and beyond would be the. words to describe the entire staff!!

1. I was embarrassed, to say the least. It took and outburst from a person from out of town to identify and loudly shame the staff into providing service. 2. The lazy fellow (inside right) made me want to never go back. The harsh reality, is that I'm not alone. 2 more gentlemen I've never met before, explained how they (along with their fleets) Will be going somewhere else also.

First timer for BC insurance. All I can say, it was not even close to, or as painful as Ontario insurance..Awesome customer service. Pretty straight forward. Super easy and quick.

Very rude and horrible to work with tried going to them a few times and they wouldn’t help me. Went down to western financial where they were able to help with no issues. If you want to be talked to like you’re dumb, go here.

I highly reccommend Hub International in Fort at John, and, especially, Hope Akers. Hope helped me with some insurance on my new car recently. Hope is very easy to talk to, and very friendly.
