Westland Insurance BC V1J 2P6

Ever since it became Westland, the service has been absolutely horrible. I deal with them with for a portion of my car insurance too and have had nothing but issues with payments and incompetence. I got a flat tire and called them for help (I pay for roadside assistance) and they said they would get a tow truck ASAP. Nobody called and nobody showed up. I called again and they said to find a towing company myself and send in the receipt. Then I had to renew my home insurance and I was talking to customer service in Cranbrook for some reason and before speaking with her I spoke to 3 others who passed the work along to someone else who were supposed to call me back. Not one single call back! Now my home has had no insurance for a week because apparently nobody can do their job! Unbelievable

I have become a regular at Westland's Fort St. John branch due to Sierras great attitude, extensive knowledge and ability to have me in and out fast to accommodate my busy lifestyle, if you are in need of personal or fleet insurance I highly recommend seeing Sierra at Westland!

Forgot motorcycle insurance papers as I was driving through Prince George. I came in and spoke with Adam the branch manager who was incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the process very easy and quick!

I have dealt with Westland Insurance in Fort St. John as our ICBC broker for the company where I am employed, and we specifically use Sierra out of that office - Sierra is always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have. We have an incredibly high volume of fleet that we run through there and she is always very organized and on the ball, which makes my job much easier. Thanks for all of the support.
