Dishonest and Unreliable Service I had a highly disappointing experience with Choice Insurance. They made false promises about providing me with a license plate for my car, which they ultimately couldn't deliver. Initially, they assured me that they would handle everything, but I haven't heard anything from them since. When I followed up about the plate, they had the audacity to tell me to go to another agent who could actually provide it. First of all, I didn't ask you to come to the dealership for insurance, you lied to get business and were there because of your salesperson friend. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. They misled me to gain my business and then failed to follow through on their promises. I strongly advise against trusting Choice Insurance. You're better off dealing with a company that has integrity and actually delivers on their promises. (Response to management): I was not requesting any plate. You LIED that you ALREADY had the plate and hence, I decided to go ahead with your services for the insurance which did not turn out to be the right decision. If you were eager to resolve it, you have my phone number and other details.

We had a superb experience with this place we called them around 8:50 as we got late during the purchase of the car and we were about 15 minutes far from this place the staff member actually waited for us and gave great service as well. Thank you once again.
