I have been renewing my insurance with this insurance company for more than 4 years. The last time I renewed my insurance was 10 days ago. We have two cars, and one of them wants to change the license plate number. When I renewed the insurance 10 days ago, I looked at the remaining license plate numbers in their store and didn’t like them. The agent who renewed my insurance said that new numbers would be back in the middle of the month and asked me to go over and take a look. Well, today, July 19, I went over, thinking of looking at the numbers first, hoping to choose one I like. The person who greeted me was a young man, he didn’t speak Chinese (I used to speak Cantonese when I went in). The man said: Mandarin? I misunderstood him and thought he said he spoke Mandarin, so I asked him again in Mandarin. I wanted to see the license plate number and was going to change it. It turned out that he didn’t speak Chinese. There was a woman named Stella at the back, who said, “Don’t you know any English?” (She spoke in a very rude manner). Finally, I asked the boy again in English, and he was very good and gave me the number I had seen before. I asked if there was a new number? I wanted to take a look. Before I finished speaking, the one named Stella popped up from behind and said: Your driver license . (I don't understand why she came out to talk to me so rudely. The boy is serving me, You don't even know Chinese, but you came out to disgust me?) Finally, I asked: Can I see the license plate number? If I can't see it, just tell me directly. If you don't want to take out the license plate number (a bit heavy?) You can also tell me what number you have, instead of being so rude to customers. My good mood today was completely disrupted by her (Stella). I will never renew the insurance of my car at this place again in the future.

I have dealt with Community Insurance for past 6 year and always recommend this insurance broker to all my friends because of such wonderful stuff (Arash, Frank, etc.) in here. But recent visit was extremely unpleasant. A lady Mrs. Kwan served me for insurance renew, whose attitude was arrogant and acting very unprofessional, even didn't allow me to finish my questions, got me interrupted offensively several times. i was feeling that i was not welcome and she wished me to leave ASAP. A loyal customer might be lost

I have dealt with many insurance brokers. This location is the best I've experienced by a long shot. It didn't matter who I dealt with, whenever I walked in I was greeted warmly and left satisfied with the level of professionalism and care. They have always taken the time to help me with issues patiently. I used to live close by them but now I am all the Maple Ridge. What is absolutely amazing is that they are always on top of my insurance expiry dates and take the time to contact me and let me know. Eventhough I am in Maple Ridge, they have made it as if I didn't move at all. They have done e everything electronically so that I didn't have to drive all the way to Burnaby. I highly recommend these guys, especially if you have had bad experiences with insurance brokers.
