Service was thorough, friendly and efficient, as always! Coming from NZ, we were unaware of BC’s auto policies but they took the time to explain and run through things step by step. From registering from a different province to insurance and then transferring ownership, they helped us through it all.

Happy with their service and responses, first started with them because their business hours were convenient to my needs. It was my first time applying for car insurance, Maros was very helpful making the process straightforward.

I did ICBC auto insurance renewal here. There was an issue with my file but Maros resolved it quickly. He verified everything with me thoroughly and was very patient in answering all my questions. Very friendly and professional service.

I felt bad that the 1-star review was the only one considering I had a good experience here, as it did make me hesitate about coming here. However, I also did a vehicle transfer with Stephen, the manager, and he was very professional. The transfer did take 45 minutes, but that included me getting my insurance and a call to ICBC. Stephen explained to the seller how she could keep her plates (the other dealer was going to make her turn them in), and went through everything very thoroughly with me. His shop uses a checklist to make sure they don't forget everything. Sure, it might not be the quickest, but the confidence I felt that everything was done right was worth it.

I went to them for collision/comprehensive coverage for a motorcycle. The service was very quick. They were able to expedite getting a quote from a private insurance provider so I could have the insurance effective same day. This was my first time getting private insurance and they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.
