After spending several extremely frustrating hours over many days trying to secure the specialized coverage we needed when our previous broker called us 3 days before we were due to renew to say they were unable to source coverage for us, a friend recommended we try Sharpe’s Agency. We needed occupant's insurance to satisfy the requirements of our lease. Shopping around, I was shocked at the prices I was being quoted, and checked out several brokers. My wife had been insured for a long time with Sharpe's, when she lived in Pitt Meadows. Pauline went to work on our behalf and found us a rate with a reputable underwriter, for half the price of the first company I had contacted, and hundreds of dollars less than the closest offered policy elsewhere, which had less coverage! Thank you very much for the great work and the pleasant, professional service, even though everything was over the phone, because we're in a different part of the province! Received great customer service and assistance from several staff members. Big shout out to Patricia, who went above and beyond to help get my auto insurance set up. (I hadn't renewed my license, after first getting it a few years back, and so had lost my discount percentage. She called ICBC and was able to get my discount up to 15%, up from 0%!)
